Warm Up:
Arm Circles, Bean Pickers, Willie Mays Hayes, Windmills, Perfect Squats, Perfect Merkins
The Thang:
We threw the Frisbee around the track that goes around the park, doing an exercise at each stop and then adding an exercise each time until we got to 7 and then we started taking one off at each stop. 3 burpees, 10 jump squats, 10 merkins, 10 lunges, 10 sit-ups, 10 American Hammers, and 10 mountain climbers….. I think lol
once we got to the monkey bars we did a Dora where we paired up and did AMRAP pull-ups while the other PAX did a lap around the playground. Then we threw the frisbee back to the flag whilst doing various exercises along the way.

Sorry for the late Backblast but I have been swamped at work and the WordPress App on the iPhone no longer works so I had to find a minute to use a computer. Good workout though, I don’t remember all of the details but i do remember it fondly which means that it was pleasant and we had a good time. I was glad to see Muck and his son come out.
