Covid did affect my overall motivation to stay fit last year. I did what I could but those free White Castles and McDonald’s did me in. I have to start losing the Covid-19 pounds x two. So hence, again, the week of Qs leading up to my birthdate this Friday. I guess the Indian Run is a thing I do whenever I Q here as brought to light at Coffeteria by Lights Out. I like the hill going up and the hill coming back. The heart rates does get up there and I hope the pace was good as the 10 minute warm up did make us warm yet. 11 degrees with the windchill I believe I heard in the mumble chatter. My hands and fingers were numb at some point.
Thank you to PacRat and HHH for getting to 45 first on the two main exercises. I know those two are traditionally a warmup exercise but I got the idea in the middle of The Mick’s warmup at the Dump last Thursday. Let’s do some abs throughout the workout is my initial thought and here we are.
We also had clarification at Coffeteria of the meaning between frugal/cheap vs. generous.
