Good work everyone. This workout was a burner if you could feel between the lines. I never heard a peep after the warmup until we got to 6:00 just one of those days. Plenty of talk at coffee tho among the Rat and Optimus and I. An encouragement to all to pickup a Q, come to a beatdown you don’t usually, and to reach out to someone you haven’t seen in a while. I already issued a challenge for Troy, let’s try to get 10+ guys there tomorrow! Knowing my track record that’ll be the day I miss my alarm :/
