PAX: Beaker, OCB, Optimus, Goon (QIC)
4 Pax ran around the Dump on a chilly May morning.
Warmup:
- 20x Side-Straddle Hops IC
- 15x Bean Pickers IC
- Arm Circle Complex
- 15x Windmills IC
- 15x Toy Soldiers IC
The Thang:
- Indian Run over to the stage
- DORA:
- Timer runs around the path facing the stage while other guy does the following:
- 50 Decline Merkins
- 100 Lunges each leg
- 150 WWIs (shortened to 100 for the sake of time)
- Timer runs around the path facing the stage while other guy does the following:
- Indian Run over to the stairs
- MAIN EVENT:
- Run to the top of the stairs and circle up
- Do the following exercises, switching every 2 minutes
- American Hammers
- Merkins
- Squats
- Plank
- Diamond Merkins
- Mountain Climbers
- While this is happening, one pax runs down 5 flights of stairs and back up as fast as possible, in a rotating fashion.
Mary:
Cooldown jog back to base
Moleskin: Good day at the dump, this workout is something I want to expand on in the future. I had a lot more fun planned for the circle workouts, but the DORA took up more time than I expected.
