Warm Up
we ran in place and did some stretching exercises
The Thang
we learned 1 inch punch and learned a white belt tae kwon do form – we did some block/coupon work along with spartan sprints as well
Mary
we did rosalita whips, lbc’s, leg raises, and flutter kicks
