The Thang: We did the following exercises with our coupons.
5 rounds with everyone’s different coupon weights. 5 left shoulder presses. Followed by 5 right shoulder presses. Switched coupons in clockwise fashion and repeated until through all Pax’s coupons.
Sprinted down one side of Patmos Parking lot, lunged across, ran backwards toward starting point, and lunged again.
10-20 count of Moroccan Night Clubs
5 left lat pulls. Followed by 5 right lat pulls. Switched coupons in clockwise fashion and repeated until through all Pax’s coupons.

Moleskin: This was my first Q and workout since turning 46. Man, I’m freaking old but not as old as some of the great men that showed up today that I have much respect for. Honestly because I procrastinated I forgot this workout but felt it today with Al Gore’s Friday Troy Beatdown. Thanks for letting me lead.
