QIC: Kato
Pax: 4howa, Lights Out, Mr. Brown, and PacRat
Kato Warmup: SSHx20 multiple times, ACF, ACB, BACF, BACB, Moroccan Night Clubs, Squats, Perfect Squats, Merkins-Kato Special
The Thang: We just did a chuck wagon around Patmos parking lot with Indian Walk (slow version of Indian Run). During this speed walking, we did the following with our respective coupons:
Overhead presses first pass,
Tricep presses second pass,
Curls third pass,
Repeat.
Finished in a circle for some ab work. Then we went in a circle doing all the exercises above for three rounds. We did reps of 5 x 6 coupons. 30 total more of different weights for overhead presses, tricep presses, and Curls.
Moleskin: Next Monday January 17th begins the step challenge. So the basis of my workout was to try to get Pax who might be partaking in that challenge to get a mini head start. My rationale going forward is I hope to get half of the 10,000 steps in with all my workouts going forward. This way, Pax can get the remaining steps in on their lunch hour or pre/post dinner without stress. Thank for letting me lead. I have the remaining Patmos Qs this month so I will try to mix it up. Thank you for all that came out in the gloom with me. Starbucks sucks in St. John!!!!!!
