It had been awhile since we used the hill so I wanted to make sure we spent some time there. We did a little change of pace and warm up in the amp before we made our way over to the hill. Great time to get this cardio in while there is good footing. Extra credit to the The Mic with his weight vest. Lights out was strong and Pac Rat led the group with his speed. Good response from the pax on this workout, I know I was maxed out on the bodybuilders. Great start to my birthday week.
