6 PAX came out to start the week off in style. It turned out to be a leg day…all the way around. 1 PAX getting some walking mileage and the others with a little more variety of exercises…here’s what we managed.

- Side shuffle back and forth 2nd and 3rd levels
- Back to bottom center/box jump up the levels

- Amp loop
- Pinkie pie 10-8
- Amp loop
- Pinkie pie 7-1
- Amp loop

Moleskin:
It’s been a while since I was out to Patmos to Q a beatdown and I forgot what the amp can provide. It was good to start the week with a little beatdown action rather then my usual track loops at the Colonel. Stop 2 on my nantan farewell tour ended in a success!
