It was awesome to back at Patmos! This was my first time back here since early August 2019. The idea for this Q came from an idea to do AMRAP curl-presses and one-legged squats. I had to figure out what do for the rest of the workout. Fortunately, it worked out pretty well. It was doable, but challenging. Everyone was deserving of POTD, but I thought that Optimus was the most deserving for his positive and encouraging mentality. Hopefully I will be able to post out here again soon! Until next time!
