9 Pax joined in as I took my 3rd installment of Qing at the AOs in a month. Though I missed out for a Dump Q this time, I’ll have to correct that next round. At each one, I did a variation on a 5 Burpee workout. I’ll happily retire that one for a while now. All told, today, you should be in the 130-150 burpee range. Not too bad for a Monday AM.
