MOLESKIN
I experienced this BD while Downrange in Nashville except they did 4:00 sets and I know NWIND holds to a higher standard. Definitely had an immediate love:hate relationship! So many options, so much suck, and so much to learn about yourself in the process. Did knowing you were going to failure make you ease up on the throttle or did you get to failure then dig deep? Did you set a predetermined “failure” goal then stop there? Nobody wants to fail, especially HIM but what happens to you when you fail (yes, you personally)? How do you handle a planned failure at a BD versus when something goes bad at work or at home? Was it easier to “fail” as long as you did more reps than your partner? What about your partner, did you help him push beyond his comfort zone? Remember, being a Leader isn’t about you, it’s about the individuals you’re have the honor of leading…. and beyond a good workout, that’s what I wanted each of us to get out of this BD.
