Warm-up
10x squat (ruck on back)
10x squat (ruck up front)
10x squat (ruck overhead)
10x ruck curl
10x ruck shoulder press
10x ruck curl to press
2x shoulder Blasters
Up the hill we go.
The work(thang?)
As 1pax carries the bucket of stone down the the dark path and loops back 3/4 miles, the remaining pax performed rounds of the following
15x Hamstring Hell(poor man leg press followed by donkey kick)
6x 40ft shuttle up and down back of hill
10x Russian triangles with ruck
Rinse repeat
Muck took the lead with the first carry, the Kato. As Kato finished up his lap, time came to a close so I carried to bucket back to the SP. No time for Mary but warmed up with some Starbucks and Fellowship
