We will use the coupons next time! The goal was to keep the reps low and repeat 3 times without the running place and without too much running but oh well, Bears lost so we doubled up on reps with less exercises, some running in place, suicides and planks to catch our breath! Mr. Brown, always good to see you and way to hustle today man. Al Gore and The Mick – studs wearing the weight vest today. 10k, way to make it happen this AM! OCB, Optimus and Pacrat thanks for bringing it today – I admire your consistency man, day in and day out. Thanks to all of you for suffering with me this AM – I did not want to do this workout with double digit reps BUT I am certainly better for it.
