COT: I forgot how to cadence count the first exercise, thanks for reminding me how to do it Optimus! Goal was to get total body workout to get the week going! Gummy Bear doubled down today and always good to see Bob Villa. It was silly to ask if you all wanted “hard or harder” for one of the evolutions … dumb question with The Mick and OCB in the group, of course The Mick said “hardest” … way to go fellas!
