Pax seemed to like this workout. Decent amount of burpees and fun taking the slide down each time.
Optimus heard 3 tawils laughing like hyenias the whole time.
I am having issues as of late with getting up and not grabbing Qs. I love this group and I am doing my best to put my best foot forward and continue to lead and do my part for NWIND.
