THE THANG
Disc Golf Rules: Every hole has an exercise associated with it for every single throw. Every hole has to be completed by Par or there is penalty of 5 Burpees, merkins, or squats for every stroke over If you finish the hole earlier than others, you should hold plank or Al Gore.
Hole 1 – Par 4 – 20 merkins after every throw 2 – Par 4 – Bear crawl to every landing spot 3 – Par 3 – 5 Burpees after every throw 4 – Par 5 – lunges to every landing spot 5 – Par 3 – 25 arm curls every throw Indian Run over to Flame 6 – Par 7 – Tree Suicides after every throw that is dropped by you or your partner 7 – Par 5 – Run up the hill and do 5 burpees every throw. Indian Run back over to Shelter 8 – Par 3 – Walking Skull Crushers 9 – Par 4 – 25 Arm Curls every throw.

It was another great morning and we got a great workout in while having some fun doing. Everyone worked extremely hard and busted their butt. The game is evolving each time we play and we already have ideas for our next round of disc golf. Until then… Thanks for coming out everyone!
