Yesterday was a crazy day for me at work so I might have used the Bingo sheets and a few past workouts for some ideas. Didn’t get too creative. Everyone’s shirts fit a little tighter when they left today. Light’s out was happy to show us his breasts about 7 times at coffee and talking about how pumped up they were. It was making everyone a little uncomfortable. Especially me, because I was sitting right next to him.
Grateful to be physically able to get out and get a good workout in. Praying for those Pax that are dealing with physical injuries keeping them away and for those that are struggling to commit because of other reasons/circumstances. Iron Sharpens Iron! We need to continue to press in to other men, invite men out and sharpen each other in all 3 F areas. Faith being the most important!
