Indian run to the playground
1-7x, 7x-1 pull-ups and burpees. Go up and down the reps. Do a parking lot lap after each set of reps.
Gazebo Time
Pax line up along the back railing, facing the front stairs
Frog hop to the front of the gazebo, do 5 squats, reverse frog hop to the railing, do 5 squats. Complete 3 rounds.
Bearcrawl to the front of the gazebo, do 5 merkins, reverse bearcrawl, do 5 merkins. Complete 3 rounds.
Lunge to the front, do 5 Bonnie Blairs, reverse lunge, do 5 Bonnie Blairs. Complete 3 rounds.
Side shuffle to the front, do 5 divebombers, side shuffle back, do 5 divebombers. Complete 3 rounds.
Indian run back to the parking lot

I hope that lived up to your expectations. I enjoyed it, personally. It was awesome to have Matador and Gatsby there. It’s always great to have DR pax join us. We had an all-star group today. We crushed it with speed and great form. I was really impressed by everyone. No one cut corners. OCB and PacRat had CLEAN divebombers. Perfect form. Gummy Bear led the way during the pull-ups and burpees. Crash was right on his heels and got through the gazebo work quickly. Gatsby and Gatsby brought some extra energy to the workout. I hoped they enjoyed this taste of Troy.
Let’s remember to be thankful all the time, not just this week. We are each given incredible blessings. Let’s not forget where those blessings come from. If we keep an attitude of gratitude, life becomes more positive and we can share our joy with others much more easily. Thanks for letting me lead.
