Today is a somber day in the history of the United States. We did rep counts signifying some of those affected by the tragedy of September 11, 2001. The mantra following this event is “Never Forget”. As we should never forget this tragedy, let us also never forget that there is a God that loves us and calls us to love our neighbors, to forgive those who offend us lest we be judged for our offenses to God. Let us never forget to turn to Him with any crisis we encounter as well as with thanks for every blessing we enjoy.
The numbers- there were four airplane incidents that took place, Flights 11, 77, 93, and 175. All together 2,977 victims lost their lives due to the attacks.
