16 PAX came out for a beatdown planning to do some stuff. Class Act, Mr. Incredible, Groening and I got in a discussion at coffeteria about finding a Guinness world record that might be achievable. BTW, did you know what Mr. Incredible was part of a previous world record!? After multiple ideas we could find a record for the longest wheelbarrow chain/merkin combo but figured that it would take some training to pull off; hence, I decided to start to training with this morning’s beatdown. Here’s what we managed for today.

Moleskin:
To be honest I was a little unsure of how effect of a workout the different sections of this beatdown were going to be. However, as usually seems to be the case for me, I definitely underestimated the fatigue with multiple repeatos of the different segments. The sportsmans club segment was really thrown in there just as a bit of a respite because I’m pretty sure that I would have faceplanted a wheelbarrow if we’d just left that piece out and went straight back into some more wheelbarrows. So our ultimate takeaway here is that we have a fair amount of training to do before making an attempt at the Guinness world record.
