MOLESKIN-
Still feeling bit under the weather but regardless we press on. Did a block workout with the fellas that included a jog around the War Memorial, I figured that we need to get used to posting over there since they will start charging to park at The Dump 04/01. My words of wisdom were to keep driving yourself even when you don’t particularly feel like it. I feel like I’m always telling myself that (or some version f that) but hey, if you only ever did what was easy then you would hardly do anything of any worth at all. I am very pleased with the small crew that we have been cultivating up north. These are good quality PAX who I see sticking around and benefiting from F3 in many ways both physically and otherwise.
