I decided to continue the Adam Sandler themed holiday Q’s out of Thanksgiving. With Hanukkah starting a bit early this year, I thought it would be appropriate. Phil and Mike Borkstrom, not a Jew. But guess who is? Hall of famer Rod Carew- he converted. Here’s what we did:
Warmup
8 to 1 Motivator
Bean Picker x 15IC
Windmill x 15IC
Toy Soldier x 10IC
Hillbilly x 15IC
IST x 8IC
Arm Circle Complex
BWSW x 20IC
Snag your coupon and mosey to the bottom of the Amp.
The Thang
The ninth candle on the menorah is called the Shamash. It’s positioned in the center of the menorah and it’s higher than the other candles. The Shamash, or “Helper”, is used to light all of the other candles. So, we begun each set of exercises with a Zig-Zag lap around the Amp. The running signified lighting the Shamash candle.
After #1 you add #2 and then repeat #1 and so on.
1. Coupon Complex x 8IC
2. Perfect Squat x 8IC
3. Flutter Kick x 15IC
4. Coupon Swing x 15IC

The Mick mentioned that time had expired by 3 minutes after we finished the zig-zag after 6. Definitely came as a surprise. The boys came up with a few good ideas how we can finish it. Had I shortened the warmup, we could have probably finished. You may see it next Monday as it’s Chanakkah, the final night of Hanakkah.
The Mick and Optimus burned through the whole deal.
Pacrat did a lot of extra running. We probably hit a mile or so by time we were done. It felt like it was more running than anything else.
Al Gore was POTD for not only crushing the workout but he was very vocal during the cadences. It really helped me keep track of the numbers and maintain a flow.
It was really good to be back to Patmos after a long hiatus. Hoping to string something together.
