AMRAP flutter kicks( timer Pax run around top of AMP & back). 3 times total
AMRAP LBC’s timer same as above. 3 times too.
DIP Escalator
1st level 5 dips
2nd level 10 dips
3rd level 15 dips
4th level 20 dips
5th level 25 dips
& repeato back going down amp.

Our numbers were small today, but effort was great by all Pax’s. Optimus & PacRat did there normal thing , and crushed this one. I like doing the Tabata from time to time to just help focus on form, and just not hitting a certain number of reps. Good to be back out at Patmos this morning!
