These dedicated pax showed up and worked out. Good energy and plenty of chatter this morning as we were happy it wasn’t raining. I came up with KISS principle for this workout because I had little time to prepare. KISS is the acronym for Keep It Simple Stupid and I did just that. No drama, no over complicated movements, and no BS. If we focus on what matters most and not all the other distractions, we will be able to accomplish our goals much fatster. Thanks.
