6 PAX posted at Patmos this morning (one ran a little late though).
Warm Up
Mosey from the parking lot and rounded the playground. We ended at the Amp for our warm-up exercises.
Imperial Storm Trooper x20
Squat x20
SSH x20
The Thang
At the Amp
At every step do 15x incline merkins and step ups
Ran back to the parking lot for 60x calf raises
Ran back to the Amp and ran Zig Zag down the Amp.
Then 10x burpees
Split into groups of 3
Each group will have to do:
100 squats
150 monkey humpers
300 Perfect Squats
While the other group ran to the playground to perform 10 pull-ups.
