Pacrat posted at Troy last Tuesday and he was telling us about what he did in NC when he posted down there. He said they did the 12 Days of Christmas and explained it a bit. I thought it was a brilliant idea for a Q. Especially, on a Tunesday at Troy. We did not play music but I think it qualified since it was based on a song and Muck sang the song as he went. Here’s what we did:

Fairly obvious structure here. Like the song, you start at #1. After #1 you add #2 and then repeat #1 and so on. The numbers indicate the amount of reps as well., e.g., we did Apollo Ono’s x 8 Each Leg or Burpees x 5 OYO.
