I’m sure most of you know what “The Zone” feels like. It’s the feeling of ignoring your physical fatigue and mentally pushing through. In my time at F3 I can say that I tap into The Zone at most WOD’s. If I don’t get there I feel somewhat disappointed because I’m not pushing myself enough. The zone is where the gainz come from so I like to stay there as much as possible. With the amount of reps we were doing it wasn’t difficult to find ourselves in the zone. We all did a great job today of getting there. Here’s what we did:

Mosey to Death Row near the gazebo.
The Thang
Shoulder Presses to Curls: Alternate AMRAP Reps at each Street Light all the way to the end of Death Row.
Mosey to the Main Gazebo. Partner Up
Shoulder Press AMRAP to Perfect Derkins x 10 OYO x 4 Sets
Curls AMRAP to Perfect Dips x 10 OYO x 4 Sets
Alt. Side Raises AMRAP to Perfect Irkins x 15 OYO x 4 Sets
Mosey to End of Death Row
Curls to Pax Choice: Alternate AMRAP Curls & Pax Choice at each Street Light all the way to the beginning of Death Row.
