Pax: Coors (POTD), Muck (QIC)
There has been some chatter about the intensity of the bootcamps waning. I’d have to agree a bit. So, the Troy Boys are making it a point to bring back the pain. Good start with what we’ve been doing this week I’d say. Here’s what we did:

Coors got POTD by default but I’m pretty sure he would have taken it based on his effort. The only other scenario would of been if Lightsout, Spur or Titanium posted. Troy officially started incorporating AAR into our COT. Coors gave me a bunch of praise and some areas to work on. I appreciate it. We will continue on with it until we don’t anymore. We couldn’t incorporate moseying today because we both pretty much moved with our ruck in a good fashion and we didn’t practice bringing in the 6 because Coors was either right next to me or a step in front of me the whole time. Our cadence was good. Any louder and it would be somewhat obnoxious.
These 2 Pax days remind me of the winter when Coors and I shared a WOD once every couple weeks. We made it work. We have our disagreements but we definitely agree on that we like a good old beatdown.
I haven’t seen Optimus post since Monday, we would love to see you at Troy brother. HHH, I’ll bring your radon test to Troy tomorrow. Be there.
